We want you to love your Peloton Apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels remain intact on the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return until your refund is processed.
